Who to contact
Roy & Rojas S.A., based in Panama, operates this consulting website. For privacy questions or requests to access, correct or delete information you have shared, email info@roy-rojas.com.
Information you send
The contact form collects your name, email address, company if provided, selected topic and message. It also sends the selected language. We use these details to review and respond to your enquiry. Please do not include confidential client or project information or sensitive personal data.
Form delivery and storage
Formspree processes and stores submissions and delivers them to our email inbox. Formspree may also collect technical information, including IP addresses, for service operation and security. Its processing may take place in the United States and other countries. Email copies are also handled by our email provider, Microsoft 365.
Stored copies and your requests
Submitting a form creates copies in Formspree and our email inbox; sending it does not automatically delete those copies. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Any applicable retention requirements will be considered when responding to a deletion request.
Website operation and external links
We have not added advertising trackers or visitor analytics to this website. Hosting and form providers may process technical information to deliver and protect their services. Links to LinkedIn and other external sites are subject to those sites’ own privacy practices.
